| Onsite-Offshore Model: In Onsite-Offshore Delivery Model, the outsourced assignments are distributed between our onsite and offshore development center. This is one of the most successful and popular outsourcing models employed today by many companies. This model has gained worldwide acceptance due to its mature and reliable processes to monitor and facilitate project execution. The distribution of work depends on the project type, complexity and client requirements. Usually 20-30% of the work is done by the onsite center and the rest is done by the offshore development center. We recommend this model for Application and Product Development assignments so that our clients can leverage the benefits of both onsite and offshore locations. |

| Complete Offshore Model: In Complete Offshore Model, the entire project is accomplished at our offshore development center at Mumbai, India. Our offshore team will interact directly with clients for prioritizing activities, clarifications and reporting purpose. For project executed using this model, we anticipate that the level of fluctuations in the client's requirements is minimal. We recommend this model for Application Maintenance assignments where in our resources will be traveling to client location for the required knowledge transfer prior to commencement of maintenance activities. |
